We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support.urbansouq@gmail.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with full instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support.urbansouq@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as personal care/beauty products, custom or personalized items, and sale items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
